AI Senior Software Engineer in Test

About the role

Join Kaizen Gaming’s autonomous Agile team as an AI Senior Software Engineer in Test. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Technology Lead, Data Scientists and AI engineers to ensure the highest quality of AI‑driven recommendations and GenAI products delivered to millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review user stories and acceptance criteria to create effective test plans and both manual and automated test cases.
• Design and implement complex automation solutions for functional and non‑functional testing.
• Own the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) for new features, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Research and adopt new test tools, methodologies and industry trends.
• Use automated and manual testing to evaluate and improve personalized AI recommendations.
• Lead efforts to assess non‑deterministic conversational GenAI products and AI models.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a strong understanding of the testing lifecycle.
• Team player with a can‑do attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional AI teams.
