AI Engineering Academy – 4‑Week Immersive Program

About the role

PwC is launching a 4‑week AI Engineering Academy that immerses participants in building generative AI solutions, tackling real business challenges and learning from leading experts. Successful graduates may be assessed for a full‑time position with PwC Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production‑ready applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Design, train and evaluate machine‑learning models to generate meaningful predictions.
• Create intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain AI solutions in real‑world production environments.

Required profile

• Recent BSc or MSc graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, C++ or similar, demonstrated through projects or a GitHub portfolio.
• Solid understanding of data handling, SQL and data modelling.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Enthusiasm for Large Language Models, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation or prompt engineering.
• Curiosity, ambition and a passion for building a career in AI.
