About the role

As an AI & Analytics Associate at IBM you will deliver high‑quality, impactful business solutions that advance the use of artificial intelligence for enterprise clients. You will work directly with customers and support the go‑to‑market team to win and manage projects.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients solve AI challenges through active listening and solution delivery.
• Lead analytics projects, manage client expectations and deliver results.
• Translate analytical solutions into actionable recommendations.
• Build and improve data‑driven models using AI techniques.
• Advise and guide clients on enterprise‑level AI implementation.
• Prototype, productionize, and integrate machine‑learning models into business processes.
• Communicate results to decision‑makers using effective data‑visualization techniques.
• Write production‑level code and build scalable data‑science pipelines across multi‑cloud environments (IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP).

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Eager to continuously embrace new challenges and learn.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in Greek and English.

Required skills

• AI techniques and model development.
• Experience with multi‑cloud platforms: IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
• Data‑visualization tools and techniques.
• Production‑level coding for scalable pipelines.
