Ad-Sales Specialist – Italian Speakers

About the role

Join a leading global customer engagement company as an Ad‑Sales Specialist focused on the Italian market. You will work within an international team, using cutting‑edge advertising solutions to help agencies and advertisers grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Engage existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via phone, chat and email.
• Handle inbound warm leads and conduct outbound outreach with timely follow‑up.
• Identify sales opportunities and propose tailored advertising solutions.
• Analyse, optimise and monitor digital campaigns on behalf of clients.
• Detect campaign trends, address challenges proactively and enhance performance.
• Refer clients to specialised support teams when needed.
• Promote effective use of advertising products to improve customer experience.

Required profile

• Native Italian speaker with fluent English.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Strong presentation, communication and commercial mindset.
• Goal‑oriented, reliable and able to work towards objectives.
• Quick learner, team‑player and comfortable handling unique situations.

Required skills

• IT literacy and strong interest in technology.
