Accountant – Finance & Accounting Team

About the role

RE18Healthcare is building a longevity tech platform that guides users through preventive health journeys. As an Accountant, you will support the Finance & Accounting team by handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks within Greece’s regulatory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, manage the full accounts payable cycle, and perform reconciliations.
• Issue customer invoices, monitor incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Post daily journal entries and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage petty‑cash transactions.
• Support payroll processing, including social security contributions (EFKA).
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing of accounting documents.
• Participate in monthly and year‑end closing procedures.

Required profile

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP (ΕΛΠ / Ν.4308/2014) and Greek tax legislation.
• Familiarity with myDATA and TAXIS platforms for e‑book entries and tax filings.
• Experience with accounting ERP software (Epsilon Net, Entersoft or equivalent).
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and eager to learn.
