Account Manager – Retail Partnerships (Greece)

About the role

As an Account Manager for Hasbro Hellas you will be responsible for growing our retail partnerships across Greece. You will work closely with the Country Lead and commercial teams to deliver sales growth, profitability and strong in‑store execution for our iconic toys and games.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key retail customers, acting as their trusted day‑to‑day contact.
• Support the achievement of annual sales, distribution, market‑share and profitability targets for your portfolio.
• Recommend and implement customer business plans, trade terms and investment opportunities in line with local and regional strategy.
• Lead regular customer meetings, business reviews and planning sessions to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, forecasting, orders, invoices and deliveries, coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Drive successful new‑product launches, customer listings, promotional campaigns and in‑store activation plans.
• Visit stores regularly to assess product presentation, merchandising activity, promotional execution and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver engaging customer presentations, previews and trade‑show support as required.
• Manage customer investment and JMA budgets responsibly within approved guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management, key‑account management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong understanding of the Greek retail landscape, preferably within toys, FMCG, consumer goods, agency or retail environments.
• Commercial confidence with the ability to analyse sales data, customer performance and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
