Account Manager – Industrial Energy Storage

About the role

Sunlight Group is seeking a results‑driven Account Manager to join its Commercial team at the Athens headquarters. The role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with industrial and advanced‑technology customers, delivering high‑performance energy storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy that includes revenue targets, expense controls, and KPI monitoring for assigned accounts.
• Create, track, and implement a sales plan to achieve defined sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospective accounts.
• Measure, analyse, and report key account metrics for internal use.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, to ensure optimal customer service.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by proposing tailored solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience in the industrial sector or a comparable industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Greek and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively abroad.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
