Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Vimachem is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join its Operations team. In this role you will help ensure the smooth flow of goods, equipment, spare parts, consumables and exhibition materials through the warehouse, from receipt to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, prepare and dispatch products, equipment and materials.
• Pack, label and organise deliveries according to internal procedures and customer requirements.
• Load, unload and safely handle goods within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, support stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe and ready for operation.
• Assist with preparing equipment and materials for customer deliveries, internal needs, exhibitions and events.
• Support internal office procurement by monitoring supplies and coordinating orders with the Operations team.
• Communicate shipment status, delivery priorities and any discrepancies to the Operations team.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, delivery or supply‑chain environments.
• Organised, hands‑on and detail‑oriented.
• Team‑oriented and able to follow established procedures.
• Physically capable of handling loading and unloading tasks.
