Enterprise Architect – Supply Chain

About the role

The Enterprise Architect – Supply Chain is a senior member of the Enterprise Architecture team, responsible for defining and guiding the architectural direction of the entire supply‑chain function at Coca‑Cola HBC. The role ensures that demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, analytics and sustainability operate as a connected, efficient ecosystem rather than isolated silos.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise architecture vision and strategy for the Supply Chain function, defining target architectures and transition roadmaps.
• Define, communicate and enforce architecture principles, standards and governance, acting as the architectural authority for solution designs.
• Lead enterprise‑level architectural thinking for Supply Chain transformation, advising senior stakeholders on trade‑offs and driving simplification of applications and data.
• Provide architectural assurance and due‑diligence for major initiatives, reducing risk and ensuring alignment with approved roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Agile and SAFe delivery teams to make architecture actionable and support effective execution.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect in large‑scale FMCG/CPG organisations.
• Proven ability to influence executive‑level decisions and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Deep end‑to‑end knowledge of supply‑chain processes such as demand planning, S&OP, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and sustainability.
• Expertise designing and governing multi‑vendor technology landscapes, preferably with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TMS and BlueYonder.
• Practical familiarity with TOGAF applied pragmatically to create principles, target states, roadmaps and governance.
