Global Sea Logistics Pricing Operations Manager

About the role

As a member of Kuehne+Nagel’s Freight Forwarding team, you will support day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement of the Global Pricing organization, coordinating processes, systems and governance across a worldwide network.

Key responsibilities

• Support global Pricing process governance and standardisation, maintaining SOPs and promoting harmonised ways of working.
• Provide operational excellence through KPI reporting, dashboard management and business reviews.
• Coordinate Pricing systems and digital tools (including SeaTender) – manage feedback, enhancements, testing, roll‑outs and user governance.
• Lead training, onboarding and user enablement activities, maintaining learning materials and adoption programmes.
• Facilitate cross‑functional initiatives, aligning global and regional teams and translating business requirements into operational execution.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and digital adoption by supporting standardisation and process simplification.
• Manage Global Pricing communication and knowledge‑sharing via SharePoint, community platforms, presentations and awareness campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Shipping or Logistics (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sea Logistics and/or Pricing.
• Experience coordinating projects or cross‑functional initiatives.
• Exposure to international business environments.
• Fluency in English.
