Dialectica is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its high‑volume recruitment team. You will help build and nurture talent pipelines, ensuring a seamless candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and culture. This role offers the chance to contribute to the firm’s ambitious growth plans across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage candidates throughout the hiring process, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, talent databases, and direct outreach.
• Conduct screening, resume evaluation, and structured behavioral interviews.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related databases.
• Represent Dialectica at career events and presentations as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
• Strong proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques and tools.
• Commercial acumen and a keen desire to learn.
• Ability to assess cultural fit and qualifications effectively.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using online job boards, social media platforms, and talent databases for sourcing.
