System Administrator & IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, service‑oriented System Administrator and IT Support professional to maintain, secure, and continuously improve our IT environment. The role ensures stable operation of business‑critical systems while contributing to infrastructure, cloud, security, and IT service‑management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, backups, and technical documentation.
• Support design and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure.
• Administer collaboration platforms, cloud services, Windows clients, and servers.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests following ITIL best practices.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external technology providers.
• Implement security measures and enhance information‑security processes.
• Plan, deliver, and monitor infrastructure and systems‑related IT projects.
• Provide hardware maintenance and end‑user technical support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional experience with Windows client and server administration, Active Directory, and network/infrastructure management.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and continuously learn.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
