Store Manager - One Salonica

About the role

Guess, a global fashion brand, is looking for a Store Manager for its Salonica store. The successful candidate supports the team in daily operations, ensures the store delivers exceptional service and helps it reach its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the store's daily operations and overall management
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales goals and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
• Maintain product displays, signage and merchandising standards
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees
• Monitor inventory levels and help manage stock replenishment and orders
• Carry out regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• University diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
