Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our creative agency in Athens. The role is strategic, focusing on building strong client relationships, delivering innovative social media solutions, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic contact between clients and the agency, proposing effective communication and business solutions.
• Oversee daily social media operations, including content publishing, community management, and trend monitoring.
• Create and maintain social media calendars for diverse industry clients.
• Design engaging posts, reels and stories using Canva or similar tools, following the creative direction of the design team.
• Develop social media strategies, analyse competitors, and produce ROI and performance reports.

Required profile

• Resides in Athens and available for a full‑time hybrid schedule (Monday‑Friday, 8 hours per day).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager in a top‑tier agency.
• Excellent knowledge of major social networks and emerging algorithms.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both Greek and English.
• Strong project‑management abilities, creativity and a collaborative mindset.
