Brand & Growth Director

About the role

Zero Stars Hotels is seeking a senior Brand & Growth Director to shape its emerging consumer brand and build a scalable demand engine. Reporting directly to the founders, you will define strategy, own the operating plan and drive execution across acquisition, conversion and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice and category development.
• Own the customer‑acquisition budget and allocate spend across paid media, partnerships, CRM, content, social and influencer channels.
• Lead SEO and GEO strategies, as well as PR, campaign launches and creative production.
• Design and optimise the full acquisition funnel—from awareness to booking and repeat‑booking programmes.
• Measure performance across CAC, ROAS, conversion, attribution and channel efficiency.
• Manage internal marketing resources, agencies and specialist partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, hotel supply and operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of experience in brand, growth or consumer marketing.
• Proven track record in travel or hospitality, growing a consumer brand, acquisition channel or booking platform.
• Senior leadership experience with full budget ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to build a distinctive brand while delivering measurable commercial growth.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into budget, channel and campaign decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
