Social Media Manager

About the role

The Creatives, a fast‑growing multi‑award marketing agency, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join its in‑house Digital Team in Thermi, Thessaloniki. You will work on high‑profile projects for hospitality, tourism, F&B, beauty and corporate brands, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media strategy frameworks for client brands.
• Craft advertising‑driven copy and visual assets for campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and emerging platforms.
• Design and manage content calendars based on insights, trends and client objectives.
• Adapt content per platform, producing copy in English and Greek for posts, digital listings and press releases.
• Create and edit visual assets using Canva and CapCut, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Handle community management and seize real‑time content opportunities.
• Monitor platform updates, analyze performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Communicate with clients, prepare briefs and present recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with creative, media and strategy teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of social media experience within a creative or digital advertising agency.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Proven ability to write advertising‑style social copy in both English and Greek.
• Portfolio demonstrating content for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills.
