SEO & GEO Specialist

About the role

EY Studio+ is looking for an SEO & GEO Specialist to join its fast‑growing Marketing team in Athens. You will help leading clients improve organic visibility on traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven platforms, turning data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical, content, and performance aspects.
• Identify opportunities to boost organic visibility through content research, gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Lead GEO initiatives, ensuring content is optimized for AI‑driven discovery and answer engines.
• Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to embed SEO best practices across websites and digital platforms.
• Translate data insights into clear recommendations for client discussions and deliverables.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
