Senior Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Senior Trade Marketing Manager you will lead the development and execution of trade and shopper marketing strategies for the Greek market, driving sustainable sales growth and brand visibility. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and influence commercial decisions across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Trade & Shopper Marketing plans aligned with business objectives, covering assortment, merchandising, promotions and shopper activation.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Key Account teams to execute commercial priorities and growth plans.
• Lead Revenue Growth Management initiatives, including pricing, promotion effectiveness and channel profitability.
• Manage the Trade Marketing budget, optimizing investments across customers, channels, POS materials and activations.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing Trade Marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management or Sales Operations within FMCG.
• Proven experience across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and other channels, with strong commercial acumen.
• Fluent in Greek and English, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
