Senior Regional Marketing and PR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior marketing professional to lead TBO’s regional marketing and public‑relations strategy across Continental Europe. The role will drive market visibility, nurture industry relationships, and position marketing as a strategic partner to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously evolve a regional marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals, identifying growth opportunities in European markets.
• Build annual and quarterly roadmaps, prioritising initiatives based on market trends and business needs.
• Design and execute a PR strategy, cultivating relationships with travel media, journalists, industry associations and key partners.
• Produce press releases, media announcements and external communications to ensure a consistent brand presence.
• Identify speaking, interview and collaboration opportunities to raise TBO’s profile.
• Develop thought‑leadership content such as executive interviews, podcasts, webinars, customer success stories and industry reports.
• Explore marketing innovation through AI tools, automation, new content formats and emerging technologies, testing creative concepts beyond established practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in B2B marketing, PR or communications, preferably within the travel industry.
• Proven experience leading regional or international marketing programmes and building PR strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work with media, industry partners and senior executives.
• Track record of creating thought‑leadership initiatives, including podcasts or long‑form content.

• Figma (basic understanding)
