Senior Product Manager – Self‑Service Cloud

About the role

Elastic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead self‑service cloud growth, focusing on onboarding human users and agents, and driving trial activation and retention for Elastic Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for self‑service cloud growth, covering onboarding, trial experience, feature adoption and activation.
• Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and set realistic delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with downstream Elastic solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand their onboarding flows.
• Drive technical decisions on onboarding, activation, expansion and retention of self‑service customers.
• Gather feedback from customers and trial users to improve the trial experience.
• Work with Sales & Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness.
• Drive native integrations with third‑party developer platforms.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience with deep technical products.
• Strong background in product‑led growth and self‑service cloud services.
• Data‑driven approach to product decisions with experience in adoption analysis.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed, asynchronous teams.
