Senior Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to own the paid‑media strategy and execution for a portfolio of eCommerce brands. You will work with real budgets, directly influencing performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, set up and optimise campaigns on Google (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Advantage+) and Meta (Meta Ads, Advantage+).
• Maintain data accuracy, product‑feed health and monitor ROAS across all accounts.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with clients, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Design and run A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Collaborate with our AI and automation stack, contributing to its evolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of performance‑marketing experience in an agency or fast‑scaling brand.
• Hands‑on expertise with both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, able to identify tracking issues.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in metrics such as ROAS, CPA and MER.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
