Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking a commercially‑minded, analytically rigorous Senior Manager to lead pricing strategy across its flight technology portfolio. You will head a small team of Pricing Analysts, own the pricing roadmap, and collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Revenue & Risk teams to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead portfolio‑wide pricing strategies, balancing revenue, margin, and competitive positioning.
• Drive AI‑enabled pricing sophistication initiatives and own performance outcomes.
• Prioritise and manage the pricing roadmap, coordinating experiments across client, product, and partner portfolios.
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B pricing tests, translating results into commercial decisions.
• Continuously benchmark pricing against market competitors and surface actionable opportunities.
• Own pricing KPIs such as attachment rate, profitability, and margin, ensuring alignment with targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pricing strategy or revenue management at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to build and evaluate pricing models.
• Leadership experience managing a team of analysts.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
