Business Control Analyst - Flexibility Products

About the role

The Business Control Analyst will work closely with product, finance and commercial teams to drive performance of Etraveli’s fintech portfolio, focusing on travel flexibility products such as cancellation protection and flexible ticketing. The role combines financial controlling, modelling and business analysis to build robust business cases and optimise unit economics.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor domain P&L by tracking relevant KPIs and preparing P&L material.
• Provide data‑driven insights on product performance and identify risk areas.
• Act as a daily liaison between finance, product and commercial stakeholders.
• Develop and refine financial models and business cases for high‑growth solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency and optimisation of financial reporting, incorporating AI/ML where applicable.

Required profile

• Proactive, highly analytical thinker with experience in financial controlling, modelling or business analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deconstruct new products into comprehensive business cases.
• Problem‑solver who can track end‑to‑end financial implications and propose risk‑mitigation actions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced fintech environment.
