About the role
Etraveli Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead its fraud prevention and chargeback portfolio within the fintech division. Based in Athens, you will shape solutions that protect digital payments and reduce financial risk across a fast‑moving travel technology environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for fraud risk and chargeback management, from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap.
- Draft clear business requirements for development teams and ensure high‑quality releases.
- Prioritize features based on customer impact and business value.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, best practices, and competitive insights.
- Evaluate internal capabilities, existing partnerships, and potential new collaborations to deliver innovative solutions.
Required profile
- Comprehensive experience combining product management, fraud risk, and chargeback knowledge.
- Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems and digital payments.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product features.
- Excellent analytical mindset and passion for cutting‑edge solutions.
