Senior Digital Account Manager

About the role

Wizard, a fast‑growing digital agency, is looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to lead strategic planning and nurture long‑term client relationships. You will act as a marketing consultant, ensuring campaigns deliver high awareness, sales, and conversion rates for leading Greek brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans for clients.
• Coordinate project workloads, assign tasks to internal teams, and manage client feedback and approvals.
• Create briefs for creative teams (design & development) and oversee production of design and video ads.
• Monitor agreed KPIs, daily analytics, and sales performance; propose new tactics when needed.
• Analyze data and present monthly performance reports to clients.
• Stay updated on new features, technologies, and AI tools relevant to digital advertising.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex digital and above‑the‑line media accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
• BA/BS degree (MA/MS preferred); strong background in performance marketing and e‑commerce.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and English language skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, innovate, and maintain high client satisfaction.
