About the role
Baker Tilly South East Europe is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its audit team. You will work in a dynamic, cross‑border environment, supporting clients with accurate financial reporting, tax compliance and insightful management information.
Key responsibilities
- Record and maintain proper accounting records.
- Prepare financial statements, journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Process invoices, receipts and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for income tax and VAT returns.
- Handle various ad‑hoc management reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Required profile
- University degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong attention to detail and solid time‑management abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
