About the role

MSKAT is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support its finance team in the construction sector. This entry‑level role offers recent graduates the chance to gain hands‑on experience with bookkeeping, reporting and compliance on civil engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting entries.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity.
  • Help with budget preparation and perform variance analysis as needed.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
