Sales Trainer (English) – Client-Focused Training

About the role

The Sales Trainer will design, deliver and continuously improve client‑specific onboarding and coaching programs for our sales teams. Working on‑site in Athens, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure new hires and existing staff acquire the knowledge and skills needed to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing sales employees.
• Coach staff to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and deliver effective training programs aligned with client‑specific sales motions.
• Analyse performance data and customer trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices.
• Measure training quality, track effectiveness with assessment tools, and adjust content as needed.
• Optimize sales processes and systems to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client environments to ensure relevant training material.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and personal development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 3+ years in customer service, training or sales roles.
• Experience at Concentrix (minimum 6‑9 months) and proven subject‑matter expertise.
• High‑volume call center background is a plus.
• Fluent English (C1); additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French) are advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Athens.
