Regional Field Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Field Sales Manager will lead and empower the field sales team to maximise brand presence and distribution across traditional and organized trade channels. You will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring the right tools, data and communication are in place for high‑performance execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Field Sales Business Plan for the assigned territory, managing KPIs for both the sales team and agencies.
• Define and expand the store universe, implement the Perfect Store concept and oversee POS and cooler placement.
• Provide the team with necessary tools and data, gather feedback, and use analytics to identify white‑spaces and improvement opportunities.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate field sales representatives, setting clear expectations and supporting their development.
• Communicate product launches, promotions and sales targets, creating sales collateral and ensuring alignment with wholesalers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to build, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Resilient and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
