B2B Sales Team Leader (German & English)

About the role

The Team Leader, B2B Sales is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure performance goals are met. This position manages day‑to‑day operations by providing expertise, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a group of call‑center associates, monitoring work and attendance in line with company policy and legal requirements.
• Coach and mentor direct reports regularly to achieve performance metrics and weekly targets.
• Identify performance issues, develop action plans, and implement corrective actions up to termination.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on escalated customer calls and conduct team meetings for clear communication.

Required profile

• Associate degree in a related field with 2‑4 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Highly motivated with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead a team under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proven capability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to employees.
