About the role

IKOCHIMIKI SA is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager to lead the promotion of its cleaning and sanitising solutions for food and beverage manufacturers. Based in Thessaloniki, the role combines on‑site client visits with remote work, offering flexibility while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within the food and beverage sector.
• Visit industrial clients, present technical cleaning solutions, and prepare offers and contracts.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, achieve agreed targets, and provide training on product use.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, food‑and‑beverage or hygiene products.
• Strong client relationship skills, including negotiation and presentation.
• Basic technical understanding of cleaning, sanitising or chemical products.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent Greek and good English communication; additional Balkan or European languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Technology or related field preferred.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to client sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitising chemical products.
