About the role
Join Pierre Fabre Greece as a Sales Representative based in Patra. You will execute company strategies at points of sale, negotiate with customers, and drive sales growth across sell‑in, sell‑out and market share targets.
Key responsibilities
- Present, negotiate and sell products to existing and prospective pharmacy customers, implementing merchandising and trade‑marketing activities.
- Organise and schedule own activities, monitor stock, handle order discrepancies and provide market feedback to management.
- Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and report on customer needs, competition and new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics, pharmacy or FMCG sales with a proven track record.
- Higher education, preferably a university degree.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
Required skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build professional relationships.
