Sales Team Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Team Supervisor to act as the key link between management and our sales team, ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution of our commercial strategy across every client, visit and point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide and oversee the daily performance of a team of five sales representatives.
• Ensure implementation of the company’s commercial strategy, policies and operational standards in the field.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor team activity, visit quality and client coverage.
• Track key performance indicators, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop in‑depth product knowledge across paints, applications and solutions to become a reliable reference for the team and clients.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a sales team supervisory or coordination role.
• Experience in an organized B2B sales network.
• Availability for frequent business travel and overnight stays.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
