Sales Team Leader

About the role

Figame.com, a leading corporate travel management provider in Greece, is looking for a Sales Team Leader to head its Sales Account Management team of four professionals in Marousi. The role combines hands‑on sales leadership with strategic account development to drive growth across its corporate client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structured leadership, coaching and performance management to the Sales Account Managers.
• Set clear KPIs, monitor progress and ensure consistent achievement of commercial targets.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, supporting high‑value negotiations and strategic deals.
• Implement and refine sales processes, reporting frameworks and forecasting models.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the corporate client portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and senior decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and revenue‑growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Proven track record in a leadership role with responsibility for team performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience in corporate travel, SaaS or service‑based environments is advantageous.
