Sales Executive – Corporate

About the role

The Sales Executive – Corporate will support the hotel’s corporate sales objectives across all properties. Working closely with the Sales Manager – Corporate and the Commercial Department, the role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation for the corporate segment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business for the local corporate segment through proactive outside appointments, targeting FIT and group bookings for rooms, food & beverage, and catering services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key and prospective corporate clients, managing their requirements and expectations.
• Generate new business by systematically managing sales leads in collaboration with other hotel departments.
• Achieve budgeted revenue targets, departmental goals, and maximize profitability.
• Introduce clients to hotel facilities through invitations, site inspections, and entertainment activities.
• Coordinate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform any additional tasks required by the Commercial Department.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or Tourism.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the corporate travel sector.
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Field‑based mindset with the capacity to manage own diary and workload.
• Fluent in English and Greek (conversation, reading, writing); additional languages are a plus.
