About the role
Guess, a global fashion brand, is looking for a Sales Assistant for its store at The Mall Athens. The role centres on promoting merchandise and delivering quality customer service professionally, while recognising sales opportunities and driving customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the sale of merchandise and deliver quality customer service in all situations.
- Identify sale opportunities with customers and upsell items or services at the point of service.
- Ensure excellent sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Look for innovative ways to improve the customer experience.
- Understand customers' needs and the latest industry news and trends.
- Make sure the brand's image is always portrayed positively.
Required profile
- Candidates without prior experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter is advantageous.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Sales-driven, result-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service and fashion.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills with customers and staff.
