About the role
Guess, a global fashion brand, is looking for a Sales Assistant for its Mega Outlet in Pylaia. The role centres on promoting merchandise and delivering quality customer service professionally, while spotting sales opportunities and upselling items or services at the point of service.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the sale of merchandise and deliver excellent customer service to drive sales
- Identify sale opportunities and upsell items or services during customer interactions
- Ensure the brand's image is always portrayed positively
- Look for innovative ways to improve the customer experience
- Understand customers' needs and stay aware of the latest industry news and trends
Required profile
- Candidates without prior experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as training will be provided
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter is advantageous
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Sales-driven, result-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service and fashion
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills with customers and staff
