Public Relations Account Executive

About the role

The Public Relations Account Executive will join The Kompany’s dynamic team in Kifisia, working on‑site to support a portfolio of clients across public relations, corporate communications, CSR and crisis management. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day client interaction, coordinating PR campaigns and helping to shape media strategies that deliver the right message to the right audience.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and edit press releases, speeches, and other communication materials.
• Organise press events, briefings and corporate activities.
• Monitor media coverage, compile reports and provide actionable insights.
• Liaise with journalists, media partners and stakeholders.
• Support crisis communication and issue‑management initiatives.
• Contribute to CSR projects and event‑management assignments.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong background in public relations, media relations or corporate communications.
• Proven experience writing and editing press releases, speeches and similar materials.
• Ability to plan and coordinate events, press conferences and corporate activities.
• Experience in crisis communication, issue management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or related field, or equivalent experience.
