Brand and Business Manager

About the role

Hiluna is looking for a Brand and Business Manager to own the brand’s voice, content and customer experience while monitoring commercial performance. You will work closely with performance marketing and senior advisors to drive growth, manage the customer lifecycle and shape future product and channel expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Track, analyse and drive commercial performance (revenue, subscriber growth, retention, acquisition cost, margin).
• Identify high‑performing products, bundles and subscription plans and recommend pricing, promotions, assortment and packaging improvements.
• Own brand voice and positioning in Greek and English across website, social media and campaigns, coordinating copy, photography and short‑form video.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team on briefs, creative testing and budget allocation.
• Manage email and CRM communications, including welcome flows, lifecycle messaging, retention and win‑back campaigns.
• Support exploration of new categories, products and B2B partnerships with gyms, hotels and wellness spaces.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in brand, marketing or e‑commerce, preferably DTC or consumer‑goods.
• Fluent in Greek and comfortable working in English.
• Comfortable analysing performance data from Shopify, Google Analytics or Meta Ads.
• Experience with CRM or lifecycle‑marketing tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary €22,000–28,000 (paid over 14 installments).
• Quarterly bonus linked to company growth.
