Project Manager – Software & Hardware Integrated Systems

About the role

SCYTALYS is seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of complex software and hardware integrated systems throughout the full project lifecycle. Working under program managers, you will help plan, coordinate, monitor and report on projects to ensure they meet scope, schedule, cost and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of projects across all lifecycle phases.
• Independently manage small‑scale delivery projects.
• Track project health, timelines, milestones and budgets.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Coordinate team activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Communicate clearly with team members, leadership and clients.
• Contribute to bid and proposal activities (pricing, SoW, WBS).
• Participate in department continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
• Master’s in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• 2+ years experience delivering projects, preferably with software and hardware integration.
• PMP or similar certification considered an asset.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Lean project‑management methodologies.
