Project Manager – IT & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT‑focused initiatives, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
• Develop and maintain project charters, work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, and detailed schedules.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, including internal departments, vendors, and third parties.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with forecasts.
• Track project progress using dashboards and allocate resources effectively.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, maintain risk registers, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications through status reports, steering committee updates, and project documentation.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and contribute to process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant project‑management certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, AgilePM® or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly desirable.
