Project Manager – ICT Integration Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will join Algosystems' Project Management Office in Athens, leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex ICT integration projects. You will act as the primary liaison between technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ICT projects through all lifecycle phases, from initiation to formal closure.
• Define project scope, create Work Breakdown Structures, build realistic schedules, and track milestones.
• Identify resource needs, assign tasks, manage budgets, and optimise cost efficiency.
• Serve as the single point of contact for client stakeholders, maintaining clear communication.
• Proactively manage risks, change requests, and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement activities, monitor hardware/software deliveries, and coordinate with external vendors.
• Provide regular project health reports, KPIs, and dashboards to senior leadership and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in an integrator, telecommunications, or technology services environment.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and risk‑mitigation abilities.
