Project Coordinator – Global Business Change

About the role

Working with programme and project managers, the Project Coordinator will deliver specific activities and work streams within Lloyd’s Register’s Group‑wide business change portfolio. The role involves managing tasks against project plans, ensuring quality, timeliness and budget compliance while supporting the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned tasks or work streams on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
• Execute work‑stream activities in line with project plans and the Lloyd’s Register delivery framework.
• Lead stakeholder management for assigned work streams under guidance of a Project or Programme Manager.
• Maintain project controls, measurement and governance for all assigned activities.
• Prepare project deliverables in the required format and timeframe.
• Document risks, issues and provide timely reporting to the Project Manager.
• Support the Project Manager in safe and effective delivery of services and deliverables.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience working in a project environment.
• Foundation‑level MSP or PRINCE2 accreditation.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment with strong attention to detail.
