About the role

OneOcean is seeking a Portfolio Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with a defined set of maritime customers across Sweden and the UK/Ireland. You will be the primary contact, ensuring regular engagement, driving renewals and uncovering new revenue opportunities through upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

  • Own an agreed portfolio of accounts and conduct quarterly check‑ins and formal reviews.
  • Develop stakeholder maps and engagement plans to navigate complex customer organisations.
  • Qualify decision‑making processes, identify pain points and position OneOcean solutions.
  • Drive upsell, cross‑sell and renewal activities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead meetings, align on strategic objectives and coordinate internal resources.

Required profile

  • Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B account management or partner sales, preferably within maritime, shipping or related technical sectors.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to conduct regular account reviews and develop strategic plans.
