Porter / Valet – Guest Services

About the role

As a Porter/Valet at Luura, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. You will handle luggage, manage vehicle parking, and maintain a tidy front‑of‑house environment while representing the brand’s luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage and personal belongings.
• Park, retrieve, and manage guest vehicles according to Luura valet procedures.
• Escort guests to rooms or hotel facilities and provide basic information about services.
• Maintain a clean, organized entrance, driveway, and lobby area.
• Handle luggage storage, tagging, and tracking securely.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, F&B, Security, Engineering, and Housekeeping on guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Observe and report any safety hazards, suspicious activity, or maintenance issues.
• Follow lost‑and‑found and vehicle‑handling protocols, respecting guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Ensure valet equipment and storage areas are clean and in good working condition.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift luggage safely.
• Attention to detail and responsibility when handling guest belongings.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple hotel departments.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
