Income Audit & Accounts Receivable Accountant

About the role

As an Income Audit & Accounts Receivable Accountant you will safeguard revenue and ensure accurate financial reporting for Luura’s new hotel, SPA and F&B operations on Paros. Working closely with the Finance Manager and operational teams, you will establish robust audit and receivable processes from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily income audits across rooms, SPA, F&B and other revenue streams, verifying postings in PMS, POS and ERP systems.
• Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies between revenue reports and system data.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly audit and revenue reports for management.
• Set up and maintain income audit procedures and internal controls for hotel and F&B operations.
• Manage the full accounts‑receivable cycle: invoicing, billing, collections and follow‑up on overdue balances.
• Monitor customer accounts, enforce credit policies and maintain accurate credit limits and payment histories.
• Handle guest, corporate and credit‑card inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform credit‑card reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies with banks or payment providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, statutory requirements and MyData regulations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality finance, preferably in a start‑up or new‑opening environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with front‑office, sales and operations teams.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management System (PMS) and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) platforms.
• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for financial reporting.
• Credit‑card reconciliation and payment‑gateway handling.
• Knowledge of MyData compliance and related statutory requirements.
