About the role

Join the Search Engine Customer Experts team in Athens and become a digital specialist on Google tools. You will work onsite in a modern office, helping entrepreneurs improve their online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Complete an intensive product training to become a digital expert.
• Consult entrepreneurs and businesses to enhance their reputation and provide insights on how customers search for them.
• Assist businesses in improving their visibility on the world’s most popular search engine.
• Investigate issues deeply before defining solutions or escalating complex cases.
• Promote related Google products to existing customers when required.

Required profile

• Superior Polish language skills combined with a customer‑service mindset.
• Strong communication abilities in English.
• Proficiency with desktop computers, internet applications and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google products such as Google Maps and the Google Cloud ecosystem (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience using Chrome OS and Android operating systems.
