Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representative – Remote (Greece)

About the role

Join an international fashion and lifestyle e‑commerce brand as a Swedish‑speaking Customer Support Representative. Work fully remote from anywhere in Greece, assisting customers across Europe via phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat.
• Support customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
• Collaborate with an international, remote team.

Required profile

• Fluent Swedish (written & spoken).
• Very good English.
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle or online shopping.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Good technical understanding and computer skills.
• Strong communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate.
