About the role
Globe One Digital is seeking a Performance Specialist to work closely with the Performance Media Manager and the board of directors. You will analyze data, manage campaigns, and drive measurable results for our clients across multiple digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage media campaigns across various paid channels, ensuring strong performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaigns daily, provide strategic recommendations, and optimize media spend.
- Develop tactical execution plans for each channel to meet campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to test and refine multi‑channel customer experiences.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, keywords, and ad groups.
- Research trends and insights to add value for clients.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all client‑facing deliverables.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketer, Data Analyst, SEM/PPC Specialist, or similar.
- Enjoys autonomy and thrives on complex data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
