Performance Marketing Specialist (Ref. 0102609)

About the role

Ogilvy One is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to design, manage and report on digital campaigns across paid search, social, display and programmatic channels. You will work in a fast‑paced environment supporting some of the biggest brands in the Greek market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and launch campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, DV360 and other platforms.
• Provide detailed analysis, commentary and optimisation recommendations using Excel, Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports for clients.
• Collaborate with internal business units, partners and the accounting department on billing and invoicing.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging performance‑marketing technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex media accounts (agency or client side).
• Google Ads & Analytics certification; Meta certification for media planning or buying.
• Experience with programmatic advertising and a solid understanding of GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Highly proficient in MS‑Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills in Greek and English.
• Degree in a quantitative, test‑driven field; SEO experience is a plus.
